emp_launch audio earthmonkey netlabels <b>OFFICIAL EARTH MONKEY PRODUCTIONS LAUNCH WEEKEND</b> 19th May - 21st May - 2006: The Nest, Rawlinson Street, Barrow-in-Furness A great weekend to ‘officially’ launch Earth Monkey Productions - highlights included live sets from The Cardboard Lung and Clutter, the first Talking Monkey poetry session, the launch of The Resting Bench, a joint mixed media exhibition by Ann Wilson & Shaun Blezard featuring a live improvised ‘remix’ all with stunning live visuals by Absent Cinema. The weekend was nicely rounded off by The Nest’s acoustic afternoon and Mere Words with Mike Willoughby and Jimmy Eccles. <b>Gray Hamm - live @ The Nest 20/05/06</b> The amazing Gray Hamm - headliner of the first Talking Monkey spoken word session. Recorded during the Earth Monkey Productions launch weekend, now brought to you in all it’s glory. Poetic tales of dogs, juggling, ASBO’s and of course racing pigeons at war - sit back and enjoy. <b>Clutter with Ann Wilson - The Resting Bench live @ The Nest 20/05/06</b> Hear the live ‘remix’ of The Resting Bench performed at the launch weekend to kick off The Resting Bench exhibition a mixed media collaboration between poet/spoken word artist Ann Wilson and audio/visual artist Shaun Blezard of Clutter.
